THE CHALLENGE
Work was regularly starting without full readiness. Access, information and prerequisite issues were discovered late, causing stoppages and resequencing.

  • Introduced Lean lookahead planning focused on makeready, not dates

  • Used digital visual management to make constraints visible

  • Mentored teams to test readiness before committing

  • Fewer aborted starts and last minute changes

  • Improved confidence in lookahead plans
